I’m Kristina.

I’m building a platform focused on the economics of women’s sports: how revenue is created, how deals get done, and how strategy shows up in culture. Women’s sports is the biggest growth story right now. The business side needs a clearer narrator. That’s what I’m building toward.

I’m a CPA with 10+ years in finance and accounting, trained in Big 4 and shaped by Silicon Valley startups and fintech. I’ve built accounting functions and teams from scratch, and I’ve been recognized for leadership and innovation in finance — including being named one of the Women in Payments Rising Stars (2025). I’ve focused on the unglamorous details that keep businesses running: financial discipline, controls, and systems that scale.

Through my Master’s in Global Sport at NYU, I’m building fluency in how sport makes money: media, sponsorship, and revenue strategy. I understand what drives sports fandom, and how to translate it into brand strategy with real cultural fit. Locker Room Studio is the intersection of those two worlds, turning women’s sports growth into insight and strategy with financial precision.

When I’m not working, I’m watching (W)NBA games, tinkering with my fantasy lineup, or checking stats. I’m constantly thinking about how to help build the future of women’s sports. I want girls to grow up seeing women at every layer of the game—players, coaches, executives, owners. More visibility, more power, more women shaping what comes next.
